Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS CLUB members to join this promotion.
After successful collection of the e-Voucher / Redemption Pass on Amap, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to have same-day single electronic spending of HK$30,000 or above and register the designated transaction to receive an HK$600 ELEMENTS Shopping Conditional e-Voucher and a Single-use Camera.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
To qualify for the rewards, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present an eligible original same-day single sales receipt with the corresponding electronic payment receipt (credit card/debit card/ UnionPay card/ EPS payment slip counterfoil) from merchants at ELEMENTS. The eligible spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 10, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers/ Category Specific e-Vouchers/ Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.
During the promotion period, ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem each reward once only.
Receipts used for reward redemption are also eligible for ELEMENTS POINTS registration only when both actions are performed at the same time.
Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.
Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. In the event of gift(s) going out-of-stock, an announcement will be made at ELEMENTS’ Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone without prior notice. All announcements made at the Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone will be final.
Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.
Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan ELEMENTS CLUB members’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ELEMENTS CLUB members with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 11 October 2026 can register for reward redemption from 10am to 10pm on 12 October 2026 at the Redemption Location. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
ELEMENTS Shopping Conditional e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations / format via ELEMENTS App. Each e-Voucher can be used at participating merchants only. ELEMENTS’ decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.
ELEMENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
The HK$25 High Speed Rail Futian Fare Discount must be redeemed via the Wing On Travel Website or APP on or before the designated expiry date. Each Fare Discount Code can only be used once and is applicable for purchasing High Speed Rail Second Class Adult Ticket(s) departing within 15 days between Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and Futian Station.
Members must register and log in to their Wing On Travel account, then select the applicable ticket products and enter the "Promotion Code/Reference Number" displayed on the redemption letter during the checkout process on the Wing On Travel Website or APP to enjoy the HK$25 fare discount. One coupon can be used per transaction and the discount will be calculated based on the whole transaction amount.
This promotion code is only applicable for purchasing High Speed Rail Second Class Adult Tickets departing within 15 days between Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and Futian Station via the Wing On Travel Website or APP.
The validity period of the promotion code is subject to the date displayed on the promotion page. If the the promotion code is not used within the specific period, time and place/channel, the user will be deemed to have waived the right to claim the fare discount.
Each promotion code can only be used once, and only one promotion code can be used per transaction.
The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products, and cannot be replaced or reissued by MTR Corporation Limited nor ELEMENTS if lost or stolen.
Members should not share or transfer the promotion code to prevent unauthorised use.
The promotion code will become invalid after use. After the collection period ends, the gift status will be updated to "Expired".
Within the same transaction, you can purchase other second-class adult and/or children tickets, but the fare discount from this promotion code will only be applied to the total transaction amount.
Tickets are issued subject to the "Rules for Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Rail Cross-Boundary Passenger Transport".
The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. It is also not eligible for compensation or exchange in any forms when refunding tickets.

ELEMENTS shall not be responsible for any accidents and/or personal injuries occurring upon redemption and usage of the promotion code.
MTR Corporation Limited and ELEMENTS will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, any of which cause the failure of the order/transaction or any other issues relating to the order/transaction.
MTR Corporation Limited and ELEMENTS are not travel agent service providers and will not be responsible for the quality of service.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
