- Receipts that have been used for this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund or return.
- All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products.
- Receipts from Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchases of cash vouchers / gift vouchers / gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.
- During the process of receiving and using Alipay e-Vouchers, if any illegal behaviour is detected (such as obtaining them through cheating, engaging in malicious cashing out, manipulating reputation, conducting false transactions, etc.), Alipay reserves the right to cancel users’ eligibility to use the Alipay e-Vouchers. Alipay also reserves the right to revoke any fraudulent transactions, reclaim the Alipay e-Vouchers (including both used and unused e-Vouchers), and the right to pursue legal action.
- ELEMENTS and Alipay will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third-party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, any of which cause the failure of the order/transaction or any other issues relating to the order/transaction.

- ELEMENTS’ and Alipay’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.
- ELEMENTS and Alipay are neither vendor nor service provider, thus the Companies shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants. ELEMENTS and Alipay shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- ELEMENTS and Alipay reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
- In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and Alipay reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
