“Tsukanto” — a place that explores the culinary wonders of Tonkatsu. Our partner Michelin-Star Chef, Mr. Naotaka Ohashi, the owner of TIRPSE, a pioneer of Japanese cuisines, takes a new stride in the culinary industry, bringing Tsukanto all the way from Tokyo to Hong Kong, venturing abroad for the first time ever. Our restaurant specialises in serving delicious and authentic Tonkatsu that bursts with flavors. Our culinary team only uses high-quality ingredients and carefully selects a variety of pork from Japan and overseas. We offer a novel culinary experience here at Tsukanto. Our Tonkatsu is prepared with a perfect balance of crispy exterior, and tender, juicy meat inside. We sous vide our pork before deep-frying, making our Tonkatsu medium well, utilizing Chef Ohashi's specialised French slow-cooking technique. Our Tonkatsu has a luscious meaty flavor, and a crunchy texture as you bite in. Other than our loin and fillet, we also offer an array of ambrosial dishes on our menu, and some of them using unique parts of pork.
