ELEMENTS x Visa – Instant Earn Rewards
ELEMENTS and Visa introduce a brand-new way for ELEMENTS CLUB member to earn ELEMENTS POINTS – “Instant Earn” to experience a seamless reward journey! Upon binding your Visa cards via ELEMENTS APP, members no longer need to upload receipts but earn POINTS automatically for every blinded Visa transaction.
What’s more, during promotion period, members can enjoy an HK$10 ELEMENTS e-Voucher^ upon their first purchase of HK$100 or more using the linked Visa card and successfully auto-earn ELEMENTS POINTS*.

- The promotion period is from 11 February to 31 May 2026.
- This reward is only applicable to ELEMENTS CLUB members with qualified transactions by blinded Visa Cards in eligible merchants at ELEMENTS.
- Shoppers can register ELEMENTS Club members via ELEMENTS APP.
- Point registration via Instant Earn is subject to other terms and conditions. For details, please refer to “Instant Earn” page in the ELEMENTS APP.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to log in to ELEMENTS APP and link Visa Cards for “Instant Earn” to auto-earn ELEMENTS POINTS before purchase.
- The “HK$10 ELEMENTS e-Voucher” will be credited to the member’s account (ELEMENTS APP > Profile > My Wallet) within 7 working days upon HK$100 same-day single spending by Visa and successfully auto-earn ELEMENTS POINTS.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to a maximum of one redemption in the entire promotion period. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
- Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
- e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations via ELEMENTS APP and are valid at participating merchants. Please log in to ELEMENTS APP to use the e-Vouchers. - ELEMENTS, Visa and merchants reserve the right to scan the computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips and record the last 4 digits of the corresponding Visa Cards for internal reference only.
- The list of Visa payment accepting merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible Visa Cardholders may check with merchant(s) for the latest status of Visa payment acceptance. ELEMENTS and Visa reserves the right to change the list without prior notice.
- Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- ELEMENTS’ and Visa’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.
- ELEMENTS and Visa shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
- In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
