Shell GO+ Member Privileges
From now till 31 March 2026, all parkers can receive one Shell promotional leaflet (which can redeem worth up to HK$3,000 in gasoline discount offers and up to HK$270 Auto Car Wash service offers).
Shoppers can also enjoy EXTRA 1 hour parking privileges at ELEMENTS by presenting a valid Shell GO+ membership page on the Shell Hong Kong & Macau App ("Shell App") at the time of redemption.
Offers are available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
THE CLUB Platinum Member Parking Privileges
From now till 30 June 2026, shoppers can get an additional 1-hour complimentary parking^ upon presenting a THE CLUB platinum membership e-card when redeeming the parking privileges at ELEMENTS.

L1 Fire Zone, next to TUDOR (open from 7:30am to or 1:00am)
L1 Water Zone, next to Prince Restaurant (open from 11:00am to 10:30pm)
L2 Metal Zone, opposite DAMIANI (open from 10am to 10pm)
# Parking privileges are applicable from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays. Parking privileges cannot be accumulated. Each shopper is entitled to one parking privilege each time upon entry, redeeming up to a maximum of 5 hours of complimentary parking from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays. The normal hourly charge is HK$26 per hour.

^ Shoppers are required to present a THE CLUB platinum membership e-card to redeem 1-hour complimentary parking privileges. Only one additional hour of complimentary parking can be redeemed in each redemption.

1. Parking privileges are applicable from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays.
2. Redemption of the parking privileges must be made before leaving ELEMENTS car park by using the same payment method for entering and exiting the car park during the opening hours of the concierge.
3. To redeem parking privileges, shoppers are required to present two same-day purchased PREMIERE CINEMAS physical movie tickets or no more than one same-day original electronic sales receipt for HK$100 or more from spending made at ELEMENTS. The corresponding original electronic payment slip must also be presented.
4. Parking privileges cannot be accumulated. Each shopper is entitled to one parking privilege each time upon entry, redeeming up to a maximum of 5 hours of complimentary parking from Monday to Sunday & Public Holidays.
5. The parking privileges can be used in conjunction with other designated top-up parking privileges.
6. Cash payment, gift vouchers, merchants' cash vouchers, movie tickets purchased with a buy-one-get-one discount or redeemed with an exchange coupon are not eligible.
7. Each Octopus Card or Credit Card is only eligible to redeem parking privileges once per day.
8. Daily charges and parking discounts for Kowloon Station car park are not applicable to ELEMENTS car park.
9. Each eligible electronic sales receipt can be used once only. All redemptions are non-exchangeable for cash and non-returnable.
10. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan shoppers' electronic sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
11. Receipts from Mainland Coaches; bank charges; membership fee payments; telecommunications services payments; purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are NOT eligible. Duplicate, photocopied, handwritten or damaged receipts will not be accepted.
12. ELEMENTS reserves the right to change or amend the offers, Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
