From 2/5/2025 00:00, the charging charges for electric vehicle charging service at ELEMENTS carpark are as follows:
DC Charger (30kW Max.): HK$3/kWh
AC Charger (21kW Max.): HK$2.6/kWh
Idle fee will be applied after 15 minutes overstay when charging completed. (HK$ 5/min)
1. Terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions of use of the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station in the car park and the Jove EV charging platform.
2.Users are required to download the Jove app to access EV charging services. Charging spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The pricing outline above does not apply to TESLA charging services. For more information, please refer to the TESLA app.

Parking privileges
Parking privileges are applicable from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays.

#Parking privileges are applicable from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays. Parking privileges cannot be accumulated. Each shopper is entitled to one parking privilege each time upon entry, redeeming up to a maximum of 8 hours of complimentary parking from Monday to Friday or redeeming up to a maximum of 5 hours of complimentary parking on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. The normal hourly charge is HK$26 per hour.
*Before picking up your car, please present the same day's original sales receipt to redeem for the same-day complimentary parking.

- Parking privileges are applicable from Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Redemption of the parking privileges must be made before leaving ELEMENTS car park by using the same payment method for entering and exiting the car park during the opening hours of the concierge.
- To redeem parking privileges, shoppers are required to present two same-day purchased PREMIERE CINEMAS physical movie tickets or no more than one same-day original electronic sales receipt for HK$100 or more from spending made at ELEMENTS. The corresponding original electronic payment slip must also be presented.
- Parking privileges cannot be accumulated. Each shopper is entitled to one parking privilege each time upon entry, redeeming up to a maximum of 8 hours of complimentary parking from Monday to Friday or redeeming up to a maximum of 5 hours of complimentary parking on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- The parking privileges can be used in conjunction with other designated top-up parking privileges.
- Cash payment, gift vouchers, merchants' cash vouchers, movie tickets purchased with a buy-one-get-one discount or redeemed with an exchange coupon are not eligible.
- Each Octopus Card or Credit Card is only eligible to redeem parking privileges once per day.
- Daily charges and parking discounts for Kowloon Station car park are not applicable to ELEMENTS car park.
- Each eligible electronic sales receipt can be used once only. All redemptions are non-exchangeable for cash and non-returnable.
- ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan shoppers' electronic sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
- Receipts from Mainland Coaches; bank charges; membership fee payments; telecommunications services payments; purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are NOT eligible. Duplicate, photocopied, handwritten or damaged receipts will not be accepted.
- ELEMENTS reserves the right to change or amend the offers, Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
