General Terms and Conditions:
  1. ELEMENTS Club members are eligible for the offer. ELEMENTS Club members must present a valid electronic membership cards on ELEMENTS App at the time of payment to enjoy the offer. 
  2. Offers are valid until 31 December 2024. 
  3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons. 
  4. Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and not convertible to cash, products or services. 
  5. Quotas apply and are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. 
  6. Members are eligible for each birthday offer once only. 
  7. Birthday offers are valid in the member’s birthday month only. Members must present a valid ID card at the specific shop to enjoy each offer. 
  8. Offers are only available at ELEMENTS.
  9. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  10. In case of any disputes, all merchants reserve the right of final decision.
