ELEMENTS POINTS x KrisFlyer miles Conversion Terms and Conditions:
  1. The validity period of the conversion from ELEMENTS POINTS to KrisFlyer miles is from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2029 (both dates inclusive), unless otherwise notified. 
  2. To be eligible for this conversion, you must be a registered member of both ELEMENTS CLUB and KrisFlyer at the time of conversion submission (“Eligible Member”). 
  3. The ELEMENTS CLUB account and KrisFlyer account used in the same conversion request must be held by the same person. ELEMENTS CLUB and Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") reserve the right to reverse, cancel or disqualify any conversions found not to belong to the same person, without prior notice.
  4. If an incorrect ELEMENTS CLUB Membership number or KrisFlyer membership number is provided, the conversion request will not be processed, and the ELEMENTS POINTS submitted may be lost without compensation. ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom, and no ELEMENTS POINTS or KrisFlyer miles will be re-issued. 
  5. In the event of fraud, abuse, reversal, or cancellation of transactions for which ELEMENTS POINTS or KrisFlyer miles were awarded, ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA reserve the right to deduct the corresponding points or miles from the respective accounts without prior notice. ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA shall not be liable to the Eligible Member or anyone else for losses and/or damages arising from any unauthorized or fraudulent or abusive transactions. 
  6. To submit a conversion request, Eligible Members must log into the ELEMENTS APP, go to "Offers", select the “KrisFlyer miles Conversion” Reward and redeem. Upon successful redemption, the relevant ELEMENTS POINTS will be deducted immediately, and a Service Ambassador will contact the Member via phone or email within 7 working days to confirm and follow up on the redemption. 
  7. KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the Eligible Member’s KrisFlyer account within 6-8 weeks of the successful conversion request.
  8.  A minimum of 100,000 ELEMENTS POINTS is required per conversion. 
  9. The final amount of KrisFlyer miles awarded for each conversion is subject to the value shown at the time of conversion. 
  10. The timing of each conversion request, as recorded by the ELEMENTS APP, shall prevail for determining eligibility. 
  11. All conversions are final, non-reversible, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other rewards unless otherwise stated. 
  12. Eligible Member’s KrisFlyer account and ELEMENTS CLUB Membership must be in-force or valid when KrisFlyer miles are credited, otherwise the corresponding KrisFlyer miles and ELEMENTS POINTS will not be re-issued without prior notice.
  13.  The conversion rate may be revised from time to time at the sole discretion of ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA without prior notice. 
  14. Terms and Conditions of ELEMENTS CLUB and KrisFlyer apply. The Terms & Conditions of ELEMENTS CLUB and KrisFlyer are subject to the revision of ELEMENTS and SIA respectively at any time without prior notice. 
  15. By participating in this conversion, each Eligible Member agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these terms and conditions may result in the Eligible Member being disqualified at any stage of this conversion, and any given KrisFlyer miles awarded may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed. 
  16. ELEMENTS CLUB is not the supplier of KrisFlyer miles or the related products or services provided by SIA. ELEMENTS makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of SIA and/or its goods, products and/or services and accepts no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. SIA is solely responsible for all obligations and liability relating to the provision of KrisFlyer miles and its goods, products and services. For any enquiries related to the KrisFlyer miles, please contact SIA directly. 
  17. By participating in this conversion, each Eligible Member agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (member’s full name, ELEMENTS CLUB membership number /KrisFlyer membership number) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA for the purposes of this conversion and other related purposes. All collection, use and disclosure of Eligible Member’s personal data will be in accordance with ELEMENTS’s Privacy Policy and SIA’s Privacy Policy. 
  18. ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA reserve the right to cancel this conversion and/or amend the Terms & Conditions of this conversion without prior notice.
  19.  In case of any dispute arising from this conversion, the decision of ELEMENTS CLUB and SIA shall be final. 
  20. If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
Plaza Premium First Lounge Pass Terms & Conditions:
  1. The Plaza Premium First Pass ("Offer") is only valid for activation from now until 31 October, 2026, both dates inclusive ( “Promotion Period”). Once the Offer is activated, it will be valid for 365 days. 
  2. A confirmation email containing the e‑voucher code will be sent to your email address within three working days after the redemption is completed. 
  3. The e-Voucher code can be redeemed in the Plaza Premium Group’s Smart Traveller mobile application for the respective e-Vouchers during the Promotion Period. Each e-Vouchers can be used once only. 
  4. The use of Plaza Premium First Lounge is subject to the applicable terms and conditions, please check with the respective merchants for details.
