The list of participating merchants will be updated from time to time.

3. Eligible WeChat Pay Mainland China users can simply scan designated promotional materials in the mall or online to enter the "WeChat Pay Global Gift Pack" mini-programme to redeem the exclusive ELEMENTS preferential exchange rate coupon.

4. Eligible WeChat Pay Mainland China users who successfully redeem the exclusive ELEMENTS preferential exchange rate coupon will automatically enjoy the preferential exchange rate when settling payment at participating merchants in ELEMENTS during the promotion period. The system will use the specific exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment.

5. The exclusive ELEMENTS preferential exchange rate coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of collection (validity period based on Hong Kong Time). Each coupon must be used in a single transaction within the specified validity period, otherwise it will be forfeited. Terms and conditions apply. 6. During the promotion period, eligible WeChat Pay Mainland China users can redeem the exclusive ELEMENTS preferential exchange rate coupon up to three times per month. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. The same WeChat Pay account refers to the same identity card number, WeChat Pay account, mobile phone number, bank card number and device terminal; meeting any one of these criteria shall be deemed as the same user.Each coupon is valid for a single transaction only and can beused in conjunction with other WeChat Pay coupons.

7. During the process of receiving and using WeChat Pay coupons, if any illegal behaviour is detected (such as obtaining them through cheating, engaging in malicious cashing out, manipulating reputation, conducting false transactions, etc.), WeChat Pay reserves the right to cancel users’ eligibility to use the offer. WeChat Pay also reserves the right to revoke any fraudulent transactions, reclaim the WeChat Pay coupons (including both used and unused coupons), and the right to pursue legal action.

8. ELEMENTS will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third-party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, any of which cause the failure of the order/transaction or any other issues relating to the order/transaction.

9. The exclusive ELEMENTS preferential exchange rate coupon is only applicable to transactions settled in foreign currencies (excluding RMB) supported by WeChat Pay. Exchange rates are subject to real-time fluctuations, and the specific exchange rate at the time of payment shall prevail. 10. ELEMENTS and WeChat Pay reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Receipts from Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.

12. ELEMENTS is neither vendor nor service provider, thus the Company shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants. ELEMENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
