- The promotion period is from 1 June to 22 July 2026.
- Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS CLUB members to join this promotion. Shoppers can register as ELEMENTS CLUB members via ELEMENTS APP.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to register the designated same-day spending by eligible Mainland China issued Visa card to receive the “Reward 1” as follows:
- Spending of HK$3,000 or more will earn an HK$80 ELEMENTS e-Voucher.
- Spending of HK$30,000 or more will earn HK$800 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.
- Spending of HK$130,000 or more will earn HK$3,800 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers. - ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to register the designated same-day spending by Mainland China issued Visa card and complete the spending using Apple Pay to receive the “Reward 2” as follows:
- Spending of HK$300 or more will earn a HK$50 ELEMENTS e-Voucher.
- Spending of HK$3,000 or more will earn an extra HK$70 ELEMENTS e-Voucher.
- Spending of HK$30,000 or more will earn an extra HK$1,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers.
- Spending of HK$130,000 or more will earn an extra HK$5,000 ELEMENTS e-Vouchers. - To qualify for the Rewards, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present an eligible original same-day single sales receipt with the corresponding electronic payment receipt (credit card / debit card payment slip counterfoil) from designated merchants at ELEMENTS, using an eligible Visa card issued in Mainland China. The eligible spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 18, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers / Category Specific e-Vouchers / Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.
- Eligible Visa Cardholders are required to present Mobile Payment Transactions or the physical Visa card (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted) bearing the same card number on the electronic payment receipts, original copies of eligible sales receipt(s) from merchant(s), and corresponding electronic payment receipts. Eligible Mobile Payment Transactions include any transactions settled by Mobile Payment Services with an eligible Visa registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay™ and recognised by Visa (excluding AlipayHK, WeChat PayHK, Tap & Go, PayMe and UnionPay App).
- To redeem the “Reward 1 or 2”, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to log in to ELEMENTS APP and link Visa Cards for Visa “Instant earn”. Press here for details.
- To redeem the “Reward 2”, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to meet the above requirements and complete the spending using Apple Pay. Press here for details.
- Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. In the event of gift(s) going out-of-stock, an announcement will be made at ELEMENTS’ Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone without prior notice. All announcements made at the Redemption Location on L2 Metal Zone will be final.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem the “Reward 1 or 2” once per day, and up to two times during the entire promotion period.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members can enjoy “Rewards 1 & 2” at the same time. However, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- To redeem “Reward 1” and “Reward 2” at the same time, all transactions within the same redemption must be paid with an eligible Visa card by the same ELEMENTS CLUB member. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present eligible sales receipts from different merchants for each redemption of the rewards on the same day.
- Receipts used for reward redemption are also eligible for ELEMENTS POINTS registration only when both actions are performed at the same time.
- e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations via ELEMENTS APP and are valid at participating merchants. Please log in to ELEMENTS APP to use the e-Vouchers. - The rewards are applicable to designated merchants with Visa acceptance only. The list of Visa accepting merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible Visa Cardholders may check with merchants for the latest status of Visa payment acceptance.
- Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.
- Receipts from Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers / gift vouchers / gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.
- ELEMENTS, Visa Association (refers to “Visa”) and merchants reserve the right to record the first 6 and last 4 digits of the corresponding Visa card and scan the eligible Visa Cardholders’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only. The information collected will be destroyed 3 months after the Promotion.
- Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
- Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- ELEMENTS CLUB members with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 22 July 2026 can register for reward redemption from 10am to 10pm on 23 July 2026 at the Redemption Location. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
- ELEMENTS and Visa’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.
- ELEMENTS and Visa shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
- In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
