1. The promotion period is from 4 April to 5 May 2025 (applicable from Friday to Sunday and on Public Holidays only).
2. Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS Club members/ “Friends of ELEMENTS” to join this promotion. Receipts used to redeem this spending rewards are not eligible for ELEMENTS Points.
3. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
4. To qualify for the rewards, ELEMENTS Club members/ shoppers are required to present an eligible original same-day single sales receipt with the corresponding electronic payment receipt (credit card/debit card/ UnionPay card/ EPS payment slip counterfoil) from designated merchants at ELEMENTS. The eligible spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 9, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers/ Category Specific e-Vouchers/ Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.
5. During the promotion period, ELEMENTS Club members/ shoppers are entitled to redeem the rewards in each spending tier a maximum of once per day, and up to three times during the entire promotion period.
6. Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.
7. ELEMENTS Club members/ Shoppers are required to present eligible sales receipts from different merchants for each redemption of this rewards on the same day.
8. Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.
9. Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.
10. Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
11. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan ELEMENTS Club members’/ shoppers’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
12. Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.
13. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
14. ELEMENTS Club members/ Shoppers with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 5 May 2025 can register for the redemption from 10am to 10pm on 6 May 2025. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
15. ELEMENTS Fashion Conditional e-Vouchers will be divided into category A and category B and given in fixed denominations / format via ELEMENTS App. Each e-Voucher can be used at participating merchants only. 16. ELEMENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. ELEMENTS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.
19. In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
20. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
