The promotion period is from 13 to 26 July 2026.
High Speed Rail Passengers (“Passengers”) must present their valid same-day High Speed Rail ticket (“Ticket”) (e.g. Physical Ticket, e-Ticket or Ticket Order from 12306 online ticketing platform, etc.) for High Speed Rail travel arriving in Hong Kong on the date of redemption. The ticket shall clearly show the passenger's name, travel date, seat class, and the transaction number. The name on the valid ticket must match the registered name of the ELEMENTS CLUB member. Each valid ticket is entitled to one reward redemption.
ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem the reward one time only during the entire promotion period.
