1. The ‘Gift Pass in Delight’ Shopping Gift Card (Shopping Gift Card) is an anonymous and non-reloadable gift card. The Shopping Gift Card is available in pre-determined values of HK$1,000, HK$3,000 and HK$8,000, subject to availability.
2. The Shopping Gift Cards are valid for two months from the day of purchase, or until the stored value has been used up. The validity period is printed on the back of the Shopping Gift Card.
3. The purchase of Shopping Gift Card is not eligible for earning ELEMENTS Points.
4. Shoppers may check their card balance and transaction history free of charge by calling the 33 Finance Gift Card Customer Service Hotline, logging into 33 Finance’s mobile app (33 eWallet), or visiting 33 Finance’s website atwww.33finance.com. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to notify 33 Finance of any error, omission, and/or unauthorised transaction within 45 days of the transaction date. The transactions shown will be considered correct after the specified period. It is recommended that cardholders check their transaction records frequently.
5. ELEMENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. ELEMENTS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.
8. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
