1. The promotion period is from 1 to 28 December 2025.

2. Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS CLUB members to join this promotion. Shoppers can register as ELEMENTS CLUB members via ELEMENTS APP.

3. The Promotion is only applicable to spending by Visa ("Eligible Visa"). The qualified transactions must be settled via an Eligible Visa.

4. To qualify for the rewards, ELEMENTS CLUB members are required to present an eligible original same-day single sales receipt with the corresponding electronic payment receipt (credit card /debit card payment slip counterfoil) from designated merchants at ELEMENTS. The eligible spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 13, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers / Category Specific e-Vouchers / Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.

5. Eligible Visa Cardholders are required to present Mobile Payment Transactions or the physical Visa card (screenshots of electronic devices are not accepted) bearing the same card number on the electronic payment receipts, original copies of eligible sales receipt(s) from merchant(s), and corresponding electronic payment receipts. Eligible Mobile Payment Transactions include any transactions settled by Mobile Payment Services with an eligible Visa registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay™ and recognised by Visa (excluding AlipayHK, WeChat PayHK, Tap & Go, PayMe and UnionPay App).  

6. ELEMENTS CLUB members can redeem the Rewards with eligible payment. However, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

7. ELEMENTS CLUB members are entitled to redeem the Rewards a maximum of once per day, and up to three times during the entire promotion period.

8. Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.

9. Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

10. Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers / gift vouchers / gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible.

11. Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.

12. ELEMENTS, Visa Association (refers to “Visa”) and merchants reserve the right to scan the computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips and record the first 6 and last 4 digits of the corresponding Visa for internal reference only. The information collected will be destroyed 3 months after the promotion.

13. The list of Visa payment accepting merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible Visa Cardholders may check with merchant(s) for the latest status of Visa payment acceptance.  Visa reserves the right to change the list without prior notice.

14. Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.

15. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

16. ELEMENTS CLUB members with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 28 December 2025 can register for the redemption of the Rewards from 10am to 10pm on 29 December 2025 at the redemption location. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.

17. ELEMENTS e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations / format via ELEMENTS APP. Each e-Voucher can be used at participating merchants only. Please log in to ELEMENTS APP to use the e-Vouchers. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of ELEMENTS Dining e-Vouchers and ELEMENTS e-Vouchers must be settled by Visa. 18. ELEMENTS’ and Visa’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive.

19. ELEMENTS and Visa shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20. ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

21. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.

22. In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and Visa reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.

23. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
