ELEMENTS CLUB members with admission e-tickets, please pay attention to the entry arrangements on the day to ensure smooth entry!
Admission arrangements:
1. All eligible ELEMENTS CLUB members (participants) will receive a confirmation app message (please ensure notifications in your settings are enabled and select “accept” to receive instant messages in your personal details) and be issued ONE admission e-ticket (you will find the e-ticket in “MY WALLET”) by 27 Jan 2026 at the latest.
2. Participants with an admission e-ticket must arrive in person on the day (1 Feb, Sun), between 10am and 12:30pm, at the “Anson Lo 《KINGDOM》 Fansign – ELEMENTS CLUB Member Registration Counter” located on L1 Metal Zone, ELEMENTS (near Tiffany & Co., Shops 1064–1065). Please present your name as the registered Member of ELEMENTS Club, admission e-ticket and valid identification document issued by a recognised Hong Kong authority, such as a HKID Card, passport, or driving license, etc., to our staff. Screenshots and photocopies will not be accepted. After verification, a random draw for entry sequence numbers will be conducted, and our staff will assist in putting on disposable entry wristbands at this time.
3. After completing registration, participants must then proceed to their designated area by 2:30pm and present both their entry sequence number and wristband for entry. Participation cannot be transferred to another person. The entry order will follow the sequence number. Each participant will receive one signed “Anson Lo 《KINGDOM》 Album”. Album versions will be distributed randomly and cannot be exchanged.
4. Participants who are unable to complete the registration within the above-mentioned specified time should patiently follow our staff’s arrangements.
5. Participants who fail to arrive and verify their identity before the event begins will be considered to have forfeited their eligibility. ELEMENTS will not provide further notice or replacement arrangements.
6. Participants who need to leave the venue temporarily must request a “Re-entry Pass” from our staff. This pass must be returned to our staff upon re-entry, together with presentation of the admission wristband.
7. ELEMENTS will not reissue, replace, or make alternative arrangements for any wristband and entry sequence number that is lost, defaced, damaged, forged, misused, stolen, used without authorisation or improperly worn, nor will ELEMENTS accept any liability in such cases.
Event guidelines:
1. Each participant will receive ONE entry sequence number and ONE admission wristband. Please note that both items must be presented upon entry; otherwise, participation in the fansign will be forfeited.
2. Kindly proceed to the stage in the order of your entry sequence number. Our staff will collect the entry sequence number before you go on stage. Please safeguard your entry sequence number and follow all on-site instructions.
3. Each “KINGDOM” album will bear one autograph by Anson Lo, signed only in the designated position. Participants cannot choose the location for autographs or provide other items or photos for signing. Album versions will be distributed randomly and cannot be exchanged. Participants must follow on-site staff instructions, maintain a proper distance from artists, and ensure their own and others’ safety.
4. For the comfort and safety of all attendees, folding chairs, ladders, or any height-enhancing equipment are strictly prohibited.
5. As venue space is limited, large items such as suitcases, bulky objects, tables, or tripods cannot be brought inside. Participants are welcome to use the paid lockers located on L1 Fire Zone, ELEMENTS (near the Mainland Coaches Terminal). Lockers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Participants who miss their signing turn due to leaving the venue midway should follow the guidance of our staff for re-arrangement.
7. Participants who leave midway and do not re-enter before the event concludes will be considered to have forfeited their eligibility. No further notice or replacement will be provided.
8. To ensure a safe and orderly environment, reserving spots with unattended items is not permitted. ELEMENTS reserves the right to remove such items, and we kindly ask all participants to cooperate with staff in maintaining venue order.

Participants who fail to present a valid wristband may be denied entry, and ELEMENTS reserves the right to cancel their admission entitlement without liability.
2. ELEMENTS will not reissue, replace, or make alternative arrangements for any wristband and entry sequence number that is lost, defaced, damaged, forged, misused, stolen, used without authorisation or improperly worn, nor will ELEMENTS accept any liability in such cases.
3. All admission e-tickets, wristbands, and entry sequence numbers are strictly for personal use only. They may not be resold, transferred, exchanged, converted into cash or other items, or used for any unauthorised commercial or non-personal purposes. Redeemed or expired tickets cannot be transferred or replaced. If ELEMENTS discovers or suspects any such activity or unlawful conduct (including but not limited to misuse of personal data or falsification of identification documents), ELEMENTS reserves the right to cancel or arrange for the cancellation of the participant’s admission entitlement without compensation and retains the right to pursue legal action.
4. ELEMENTS reserves the right to change or terminate the event at any time. ELEMENTS also reserves the right to modify event content, including but not limited to artists, performance time, or performance content, without prior notice. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for ticket exchange.
5. Participants cannot choose the location for autographs or provide other items or photos for signing. Album versions will be distributed randomly and cannot be exchanged. Participants must follow on-site staff instructions, maintain a proper distance from artists, and ensure their own and others’ safety.
6. Participants are responsible for always keeping their personal belongings secure. ELEMENTS cannot assume responsibility for any lost items.
7. The date, time, content, and/or format of the fansign event will be determined solely by the organiser and may be changed, postponed, cancelled, or reduced in capacity without prior notice. In case of any disputes relating to the event, ELEMENTS reserves the final right of decision.
8. In the event of adverse weather or special circumstances requiring postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the fansign event, please refer to ELEMENTS’ official Instagram (@elementshk) for the latest announcements and arrangements. ELEMENTS will not be liable for any disappointment, inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from such changes.
9. Participants understand and agree that photography and/or video recording may take place during the event without prior consent, and the related photos and/or videos may be used for reporting, promotion, or other purposes deemed appropriate by ELEMENTS.
10. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. ELEMENTS reserves the final right of decision in the event of any disputes.
