1. The promotion period is from 22 November 2024 to 28 February 2025 

(both days inclusive). All transactions eligible for the rewards must fall within this promotion period.

2. This promotion is only applicable to qualified transactions by eligible AlipayCN users (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions; the AlipayCN account used for payment must be verified with a mainland China identity card and linked to the mobile number of the account owner) with AlipayCN App version 10.2.20 or above.

3. Travellers must be eligible individual users of AlipayCN. Travellers must scan the QR code of this promotion at ELEMENTS to collect AlipayCN e-Vouchers prior to making their purchases, otherwise the AlipayCN users will not be able to enjoy the rewards. The Alipay e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded once collected.

4. Eligible AlipayCN users with designated spending by AlipayCN at participating merchants at ELEMENTS can enjoy the rewards.

5. The amounts mentioned in the following rewards are all in RMB. The actual payment amount shown on the AlipayCN user’s account shall prevail as the final amount. Eligible AlipayCN users can use a “RMB¥30 Alipay Instant Deduction e-Voucher” to receive a deduction of ¥30 upon spending of RMB¥600, or use a “RMB¥150 Alipay Instant Deduction e-Voucher” to receive a deduction of RMB¥150 upon spending of RMB¥6,000, or use a “RMB¥1,000 Alipay Instant Deduction e-Voucher” to receive a deduction of RMB¥1,000 upon spending of RMB¥60,000. 

6. During the promotion period, eligible AlipayCN users can redeem the Alipay e-Voucher ONCE only with the same AlipayCN account (the same AlipayCN account refers to the same identity card number, AlipayCN account, mobile phone number and device). Alipay e-Vouchers will be given in fixed denominations via AlipayCN App, can be used once only, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, cash coupons or e-Vouchers.

7. The Alipay e-Vouchers are valid within 7 days from the date of collection (validity based on Hong Kong time). The Alipay e-Vouchers must be used by the date or time specified, otherwise they will be forfeited. Terms and conditions apply. 8. The Alipay e-Vouchers are valid at participating merchants at ELEMENTS, and the settlement currency will be in RMB. The list of participating merchants will be updated from time to time. Eligible AlipayCN users may check with merchant(s) for the latest status of Alipay payment acceptance. Alipay reserves the right to change the list without prior notice. 9. Quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. 

10. Receipts that have been used for this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund or return.

11. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. 

12. Receipts from Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible. 

13. During the process of receiving and using Alipay e-Vouchers, if any illegal behaviour is detected (such as obtaining them through cheating, engaging in malicious cashing out, manipulating reputation, conducting false transactions, etc.), Alipay reserves the right to cancel users’ eligibility to use the Alipay e-Vouchers. Alipay also reserves the right to revoke any fraudulent transactions, reclaim the Alipay e-Vouchers (including both used and unused e-Vouchers), and the right to pursue legal action.

14. ELEMENTS and Alipay will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third-party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer, any of which cause the failure of the order/transaction or any other issues relating to the order/transaction.

16. ELEMENTS’ and Alipay’s decision as to what constitutes an eligible or ineligible transaction shall be final and conclusive. 

17. ELEMENTS and Alipay are neither vendor nor service provider, thus the Companies shall not take any responsibility for the products or services provided by the merchants. ELEMENTS and Alipay shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

18. ELEMENTS and Alipay reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

19. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this programme.

20. In the event of any dispute, ELEMENTS and Alipay reserve the right of final decision on all matters concerning this offer.

21. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
