1. The promotion period is from 1 to 26 December 2024. 

2. Shoppers are required to register as ELEMENTS Club members/Friends of ELEMENTS to join this promotion. Receipts used to apply for membership are not eligible for ELEMENTS Points.

3. To qualify for the “Reward 1 & 3” redemption, ELEMENTS Club members/ shoppers are required to present TWO eligible original same-day sales receipts with the corresponding electronic payment receipts (credit card/debit card/ UnionPay card/ EPS payment slip counterfoil) from two merchants at ELEMENTS, with a minimum spend amount of HK$100 each. The minimum spend amount must exclude any ineligible spending as defined in clause 10, and excludes the value of any ELEMENTS Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers/ Category Specific e-Vouchers/ Conditional e-Vouchers used. The name on the credit/debit card must be the same as that on the electronic payment receipt. Cash and Octopus payments are not eligible.

4. During the promotion period, ELEMENTS Club members/ shoppers are entitled to redeem the Reward 1 each spending tier up to three times only during the entire promotion period.

5. ELEMENTS Club Diamond and Platinum Member Exclusive Extra ELEMENTS Points will be credited to the member’s account within eight weeks after the promotion period has ended. Members must have become ELEMENTS Club Diamond or Platinum members on or before 30 November 2024. To be eligible for the Bonus Points Rewards, each ELEMENTS Club Diamond or Platinum member is required to register designated spending as follows:

- Spending of HK$5,000 or more will earn 1.5 times ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 15,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction.

- Spending of HK$30,000 or more will earn double ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 80,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction.

- Spending of HK$80,000 or more will earn triple ELEMENTS Points, limited to a maximum extra of 400,000 ELEMENTS Points per transaction.

6. Handwritten receipts, duplicated, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted for this promotion.

7. ELEMENTS Club members/ Shoppers are required to present eligible sales receipts from different merchants for each redemption of each reward on the same day. 

8. Each eligible sales receipt will entitle ELEMENTS Club members/ shoppers to one redemption only, and both actions are performed at the same time.

9. Daily quotas apply and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. 

10. Receipts from 3hreeSixty, Mannings or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, telecommunications services, car parks, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at restaurant outlets, 999.9 gold and Gold Club (excluding jewellery), purchase of products or services with special discounts or offers provided by tenants, purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are excluded from this reward programme and are NOT eligible. 

11. Deposits on merchandise are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.

12. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan ELEMENTS Club members’/ shoppers’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.

13. Receipts that have been used for gift redemption in this promotion at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund, return or the redemption of rewards in other promotions.

14. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other services or products. All redemptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

15. ELEMENTS Club members/ Shoppers with eligible spending transacted after 10pm on 26 December 2024 can register for the redemption from 10am to 10pm on 27 December 2024. Rewards cannot be redeemed in case of late redemption.
