Valet Parking

Valet parking service is available to all shoppers. Simply drive up to the Level 1 South Drop-off and drop your car off with Elements Parking Valets. After shopping, collect your car from the Parking Valets at the same location.

10:00 – 23:00 (Monday to Friday)
10:00 – 00:00 (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

Charges

Spending of HK$2,000* or above at Elements, you can enjoy a complimentary 3-hour valet parking service.

Terms and conditions:

  • Complimentary parking offer is only valid to shoppers driving into ELEMENTS carpark from 10am to 12mn.
  • Redemption for the complimentary parking offer must be made during the same visit to ELEMENTS by presenting the corresponding Octopus cards, Visa cards or MasterCard cards at the Concierge Counter.
  • Shoppers must present a maximum of 3 valid original same-day payment receipts for redemption.
  • No receipt is allowed to be re-used in this promotion. Each single receipt can be used for either Complimentary Parking or Complimentary Valet Parking Service once only. Redeemed offers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan shopper’s computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
  • Receipts from Essentia Healthcare Solutions (Medical & Dental Clinic) or Mainland Coaches; bank charges; membership fee payment; purchases of cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are NOT eligible. Duplicate, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
  • ELEMENTS reserves the right to change or amend the offers, terms and conditions without any prior notice. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
  • In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
