Shopping has never been this rewarding! ELEMENTS Club members can now take advantage to convert ELEMENTS Points to Asia Miles or ELEMENTS Shopping Voucher at the Quarterly Reward Redemption with conversion rate as follows:

Starting from 1 July 2012, all points eligible for redemption will be brought forward to this new reward programme.  Members can either apply for an “automatic conversion”, i.e. all eligible points will be converted automatically at the end of each quarter or a “one-time conversion” at the time of membership activation or at least 30 days prior to the quarter end to convert the eligible points into Asia Miles according to the above conversion proposition.  Conversion application forms will be available on the website from July.  Stay tuned!

Terms and Conditions

1. ELEMENTS Club members ("Member") must apply to opt-in for Asia Miles at least 30 days prior to the quarterly cut-off date (i.e. Mar 30, Jun 30, Sept 30 and Dec 31) and are subject to the accumulation of adequate ELEMENTS Points and ELEMENTS' final acceptance. Only the required ELEMENTS Points for the reward redemption will be deducted from the member's account. Requests will be cancelled automatically in the event of inadequate ELEMENTS Points.  
2. Member can convert a maximum of 499,999 ELEMENTS points to redeem one item only (i.e. Asia Miles OR ELEMENTS Shopping Voucher) per quarter.
3. To be eligible for this conversion, Member must be Asia Miles members and are required to provide membership information including name and Asia Miles membership number on the registration forms in order to receive Asia Miles, failing to provide any of the above information will result in his/her eligibility to the Asia Miles conversion registration being forfeited. ELEMENTS accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the inability to credit Asia Miles to the Member’s Asia Miles account caused by any person.     
4. Member must provide his/her name, mobile phone number and email address on the registration form for identity verification. The name provided on the registration form must be the same as the name registered with Asia Miles for miles crediting. Once submitted, forms cannot be amended.
5. Asia Miles will be credited to the accounts provided by Asia Miles members within 6 – 8 weeks after the entire promotion period.
6. All redemptions cannot be exchanged for cash, revoked or cancelled by Member nor any claim for cash refund entertained.
7. Member can opt-out of “automatic conversion” of Asia Miles by submitting a written cancellation request at least 30 days prior to the quarterly cut-off date (i.e. Mar 30, Jun 30, Sept 30 and Dec 31).

9. Member understand and accept that ELEMENTS is not the supplier of the redemption items. ELEMENTS shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including but not limited to the quality of the redemption items. 
10. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
11. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
