*The whole promotion period will be divided into 3 phases: May 11 - June 30, July 1-September 30, and October 1-December 31, 2012. Each registration can earn a share of 1,000,000 Asia Miles in the participating phase. Rewarded miles will be credited to the shopper’s Asia Miles account within 6-8 weeks after the end of each phase.

Terms and Conditions “Share in 3,000,000 Asia Miles” and “Asia Miles Bonus Day”

1. The registration form redemption counter is located on 2/F Metal Zone, next to LV shop (opens from 10am to 10pm daily).
2. Shoppers with accumulated same-day spending of HK$2,000 or above (either in one single transaction or by combining a maximum of 3 transactions, each from a different shop) may redeem a registration form at the redemption counter by presenting the corresponding original same-day sales receipts.
3. Each valid receipt must be valued at HK$100 or above (excluding gift voucher value used). Each eligible sales slip can be used towards to one registration only.
4. Shoppers must present the corresponding electronic payment slips (credit card/EPS payment slip counterfoil) with each valid receipt valued at HK$200 or more; cash and Octopus payments are not accepted.
5. Each merchant sales receipt can be used for registration once per day.
6. Shoppers must redeem registration forms on the same day as they made their purchases. Next-day or late redemptions, outdated payment slips, duplicate, photocopied or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Deposits on merchandise or meals are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
7. Shoppers must submit completed registration forms to the redemption counter, where they must also present their Asia Miles membership card for verification. Each completed and returned registration form shall be entitled to a share of 1,000,000 Asia Miles (“the Prize”) in the participating phase within the promotion period.
8. Each shopper may redeem up to 5 registration forms per day during the promotion period. All receipts used towards all registrations for each shopper on each day should not be from the same shop.
9. Shoppers must be Asia Miles members and are required to provide membership information including name and        Asia Miles membership number at the time of registration in order to receive the Prize, fail to provide any of the above information will result in his/her eligibility to the Prize being forfeited. ELEMENTS accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the inability to credit Asia Miles to the shopper’s Asia Miles account caused by any person.
10. Shoppers must provide their names, mobile phone numbers and email addresses on the registration form for identity verification and prize presentation. The name provided on the registration form must be the same as the name registered with Asia Miles. Once submitted, forms cannot be amended.
11. The whole promotion period will be divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: May 11- June 30, 2012, Phase 2: July 1- September 30, 2012 and Phase 3: October 1 - December 31, 2012 (all dates inclusive). A total of 1,000,000 Asia Miles will be shared equally by shoppers based on the total number of completed registration forms received within the phase. Each registration form received within the phase during the promotion period shall be entitled to the same quantity of Asia Miles. Asia Miles are rounded down to the nearest integer where decimal places are not counted.
12. The Prize will be credited to the accounts provided by Asia Miles members within 6 – 8 weeks after the end of each phase..
13. Receipts from Essentia Healthcare Solutions (Medical & Dental Clinic) or Mainland Coaches, bank charges, membership fee payments, purchases of cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards and value-adding receipts from any shops or restaurants are not eligible.
14. ELEMENTS reserves the right to scan shoppers’ computer-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for internal reference only.
15. Receipts that have been used for gift redemption at ELEMENTS will NOT be eligible for any cash refund.
16. All redemptions are non-exchangeable for cash and other gifts and are non-returnable.
17. All personal data supplied by participants are required for the operation and verification purposes of this promotion. All information will be destroyed within 2 months after completion of the whole promotion.

19. Shoppers understand and accept that ELEMENTS is not the supplier of the redemption items. ELEMENTS shall have no legal liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including but not limited to the quality of the redemption items.
20. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at ELEMENTS are not permitted to participate in this redemption programme.
21. In case of dispute, ELEMENTS reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
22. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
